UPDATED: New York's Travel Bans Lifted, Advisory Still In Place

UPDATE (4:29 p.m) Governor Cuomo has lifted all travel and tractor trailer restrictions on roadways across New York State. The tractor trailer bans on the New York State Thruway, I-81, I-86/Rt. 17, I-87 from Albany to the Canadian border and I-88 will be lifted effective immediately. The Broome County travel ban has also been lifted.
